A Review of Basketball Shooting Analysis Based on Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has promising applications in basketball shooting analysis, as it can help athletes improve their techniques and accuracy, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of both games training sessions. This article provides a systematic review latest developments AI-based covering four main research topics: Basketball Shooting Posture / Training Type Recognition, Analysis Posture/Trajectory, Prediction Free Throw, Intelligent Method Correcting Motion Direction. From perspective AI methodology, this elaborates on application process research, including Data Collection Preparation, Feature Engineering, Algorithm/Model Selection Training, Dataset, Evaluation Metric. Additionally, advantages limitations technology analysis are analyzed. Finally, presents future trends directions for such combining computer vision biomechanics analyzing rationality actions, developing real-time systems adaptable to game scenarios, constructing personalized systems. The aim is provide comprehensive overview discuss current status field shooting. It holds significant theoretical significance practical value promoting cross-development sports, improving level popularity basketball, advancing understanding utilization sports.
